By accessing or using Community Hive, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our platform.
To use Community Hive, you must:
- •Be at least 18 years old
- •Provide accurate and complete registration information
- •Maintain the security of your account credentials
- •Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
- •Be responsible for all activities under your account
Free Trial
New users receive a 30-day free trial. A valid credit card is required. You will be charged at the end of the trial period unless you cancel before it ends.
Subscription Plans
Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually based on your selected plan. Pricing is per unit per month and varies by plan tier (Starter, Growth, or Enterprise).
Payment
You authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees. If payment fails, we may suspend or terminate your access until payment is received.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your billing settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds for partial months.
You agree not to:
- •Violate any laws or regulations
- •Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
- •Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- •Interfere with or disrupt the platform
- •Use the platform for spam or unsolicited communications
- •Share your account with unauthorized users
- •Reverse engineer or copy our software
Your Data
You retain all rights to the data you upload to Community Hive. You grant us a license to use, store, and process your data solely to provide our services.
Our Platform
Community Hive and all related intellectual property remain our exclusive property. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our platform without permission.
Service Availability
We strive for 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for service interruptions, data loss, or damages resulting from platform use.
No Warranty
Community Hive is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the platform will meet your specific requirements or be error-free.
Limitation of Liability
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you:
- •Violate these Terms of Service
- •Fail to pay subscription fees
- •Engage in fraudulent or illegal activity
- •Pose a security risk to our platform or users
Upon termination, your access will be revoked and your data may be deleted after a 30-day grace period.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or platform notification. Continued use of Community Hive after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
