Community Hive ("we," "our," or "us") provides communication and community engagement software for property managers, strata councils, and residents. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard information when you use our websites, applications, and related services (collectively, the "Services").
By using the Services, you agree to this Privacy Policy and our Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
Account and profile
Name, email address, phone number (if provided), organization or building affiliation, role (e.g. property manager, council member, resident), and credentials used to authenticate you.
Content you provide
Messages, announcements, documents, issue reports, event information, and other materials you upload or submit through the Services.
Usage and technical data
Log data, device and browser type, IP address, approximate location derived from IP, pages viewed, and timestamps. We use this to operate, secure, and improve the Services.
Payment information
Billing details are processed by our payment provider (e.g. Stripe). We do not store full payment card numbers on our servers.

We retain information for as long as your account is active, as needed to provide the Services, and as required by law or legitimate business needs (such as backups and dispute resolution).
We implement technical and organizational measures designed to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; we encourage strong passwords and safeguarding your credentials.
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export certain personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing. To make a request, contact us using the email below. We may need to verify your identity before responding.
You can update some profile information directly in the Services. You may opt out of non-essential marketing communications using the unsubscribe link in those messages, where applicable.
